Author of "ICE CREAM AND FROZEN DESSERTS", "A COMMERCIAL GUIDE TO PRODUCTION AND MARKETING", co-author of "ICE CREAM CAKES" and president of Ice Cream University, a seminar series developed to help those in the ice cream industry become more educated in production and retailing techniques.
Throughout the years, he has helped leading ice cream chains, (such as Haagen-Dazs, Colombo, Jeremy's Microbatch, Paradisio, and Lemon Quench), as well as others in Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Argentina, South Africa, and Puerto Rico. He created the famous Ice Cream Extravaganza at the South Street Seaport in New York, where he invented the famous "chocolate dipped waffle cone."
